Graduate professional in Mining Engineering or related field. **Date:** 10 Jul 2026 **Location:** 08 \- HUANCAVELICA, PE **\#job\-location.job\-location\-inline { display:** inline; } **Company:** Buenaventura “Join Our Team” At Buenaventura, we are currently seeking a Ventilation Manager for one of our mining units. **Key Responsibilities:** Coordinate and execute, together with the work team and other departments, the inspection, installation, and implementation of ventilation systems (fans and ducts), and supervise their compliance with Supreme Decree No. 055, company policies, and annual objectives to provide a safe and comfortable working environment, thereby ensuring quality according to Buenaventura standards. Coordinate and organize daily scheduled tasks with the work team and other departments. Inspect various areas where current and future operations are conducted within the unit. Report and record occupational incidents at the production unit. Supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual scheduled activities. Identify existing issues or difficulties within the production unit. **Professional Profile:** Graduate professional in Mining Engineering or related field. Intermediate office software proficiency. Minimum five years’ experience in similar positions.
