Job Mission Coordinate, control, and supervise orders issued by the Mine Shift Supervisor, based on exploration, development, production, and preparation plans, to contribute to achieving departmental and unit objectives. 2\. Functions and Expected Outcomes **Function** **Outcome** Coordinate, direct, and supervise assigned personnel in executing assigned activities. Contribute to achieving departmental and unit objectives. Participate in health and safety inspections within the area. Identify and correct deviations from standards and work procedures. Identify, report, and correct hazards and risks in the work area. Correct deviations from standards and procedures. Know, comply with, and enforce written safe-task standards and procedures aligned with the unit’s SIB (Safety Integration Board). Promote a stronger safety culture. Maintain effective communication with the Mine Shift Supervisor and subordinate staff. Contribute to achieving departmental and unit objectives. 5\. Context • Report incidents occurring in the work area. • Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety measures in the work area. • Record final operational results in the shift-end reporting logbook. • Attend operational meetings with company departments. • Communicate work agreements to subordinate staff. 6\.
