We are a multilateral financial institution supporting the sustainable development of our shareholder countries and the integration of Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). We serve both public and private sectors, providing multiple financial products and services, as well as knowledge generation and dissemination, integrating social and environmental criteria. **This is what you will do:** Support the execution of all operational management activities for the portfolio (structured financings, corporate financings, guarantees, and others) with clients from productive sectors. Support the execution of all operational administration activities for the portfolio (structured financings, corporate financings, guarantees, and others) with clients from productive sectors. Manage and execute monitoring of internal departmental statistics, including updating reports for management and tracking of operations managed by the department, including data reports on development impact indicators, exposure, monitoring of contractual conditions, disbursements, disbursement projections, annual reviews. **What you need:** University degree in Finance, Economics, Administration, Accounting, or related fields Minimum one (1) year of experience in financial and credit analysis at commercial banks or multilateral institutions. **Key technical skills:** Experience in financial analysis and modeling Some knowledge of specialized corporate and multilateral banking products and services such as structured financing, corporate loans, guarantees, bridge loans, project financing, or others. Knowledge of current regulations and institutional frameworks in the region. Understanding of statistical concepts and data collection. Understanding of financial concepts and application of procedures related to financial areas. Experience collaborating with commercial banks, other multilaterals, and credit rating agencies. Proficiency in Microsoft applications. **Required:** **Language proficiency:** Advanced Spanish Advanced English Portuguese desirable Knowledge of the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region with work experience across its various countries. Strong communication skills to interact effectively in multicultural environments. Proactivity and ability to work in teams.
