Position Summary: Execute and coordinate the electronic blasting process, ensuring proper detonation, managing product inventory, and generating detailed reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Blast coordination and planning. 2. Blast design, programming, and detonation. 3. Report generation and post-blast support. **Mission or Objective**: Execute the electronic initiation process of blasting to ensure correct detonation according to client requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the site. * Perform blast design, programming, connection, checking, charging, and detonation. * Collect data from the blasting process and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators, progress, anomalies, downstream post-blast result tracking support, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Minimum 1 year of experience in underground mining (preferred). * Mining Technician or related field degree. * Knowledge of blasting processes (preferred). * Class A2b or A1 driver's license (at least 3 years old) (preferred)
