Job Summary: Provide technical-operational support for the preparation, handling, and application of blasting products in underground mining, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety. Conduct quality inspections and collaborate on technical solutions. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Provide technical\-operational support in the preparation, handling, and application of blasting products in underground mining, ensuring correct execution of established procedures, compliance with safety standards, and customer satisfaction. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate with the operations supervisor all tasks related to blasting zone activities. * Verify correct execution of work before, during, and after blasting operations, ensuring compliance with established requirements. * Coordinate, execute, and control the safe transportation and removal of explosives and blasting accessories from magazines to operational zones, guaranteeing strict adherence to the daily plan. * Monitor and track field equipment operational routes to ensure cycle time efficiency and continuity of the loading process. * Participate in Blasting Protocols related to field blasting processes for correct on-site execution. * Correctly apply technical procedures for rock blasting activities. * Conduct quality inspections of field operations and provide timely feedback to the technical support team. * Collaborate in resolving operational technical issues during rock blasting activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical education in Mining, Drilling and Blasting, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Minimum 2 years of experience in underground mining operations, holding other roles related to drilling and blasting operations. * Minimum 2 years of validity for License A\-IIB. * Knowledge of underground blasting procedures and drilling and loading equipment. * Knowledge of national regulations regarding explosives and blasting accessories. * Proficiency and knowledge of basic mining instruments. * Proficiency with basic electronic initiation system instruments (desirable).
