Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** These services originate from the Service Desk (first-level support) to resolve incidents/requests that cannot be addressed remotely. They cover incidents/requests related to users’ IT resources within the defined scope, primarily concerning software and hardware usage, operation, and configuration. The on-site technical support service will be responsible for performing the following functions: On-site support for all PCs and peripherals included in this proposal, located at THE CLIENT’S facilities. Responsible for resolving hardware and software incidents on-site. * Support for incidents related to base software specified in this proposal. * Preparation, installation, configuration, and replacement of computing equipment due to equipment anomalies. Includes equipment cloning, user data backup, * user information, equipment personalization, and information restoration. * Preparation of equipment for delivery to the vendor for warranty application. * First-line printer support. * Keeping the hardware and software inventory up to date. * Keeping licensing documentation up to date.
