Job Summary: An accounting analyst with experience in recording and reconciling assets, inventory management, and fulfilling tax obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and updates fixed asset records and monthly depreciation. 2. Controls inventory stock and fuel re-invoicing. 3. Analyzes accounting accounts and supports tax compliance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Records assets and improvements, and disposes of company assets in the system and in the Fixed Asset Register. 2\. Reconciles and updates the Fixed Asset Register according to the trial balance and asset records. 3\. Records monthly asset depreciation in the system. 4\. Reviews the KARDEX daily and reports errors (if found) to ensure effective inventory stock control. 5\. Reviews outgoing goods assigned to units (tractors, tankers, platforms, and vehicles) to select and perform componentization in the system. 6\. Reviews the cost center of each unit individually and extracts procurement information for each item (supplier data, voucher number, purchase date, warehouse entry date). 7\. Performs fuel re-invoicing by reconciling fuel vouchers with the system on a monthly basis before sending them to the billing department. 8\. Analyzes assigned accounting accounts, identifying variances, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement in financial records. 9\. Supports tax compliance, ensuring that accounting records adhere to current tax regulations.
