Report results and recommendations regarding potential implications to the Site Manager and Supervision Head, informing the entity about significant substantive issues. \- Coordinate and monitor construction practices across all execution stages including location, elevations, foundation soils, formwork, reinforcement steel placement, embedment installation, material quality, concrete pouring, curing, and finishing, ensuring geometric accuracy leading to operational functionality and service readiness of structures as specified in the Technical File. \- Supervise construction activities ensuring that design discrepancies have been reviewed and corresponding collective designs completed, providing technical feasibility for all construction phases. \- Participate in setting up the materials laboratory and be responsible for daily quality control procedures for all material types as required by the Technical File, including concrete, reinforcement steel, structural steel, cables, post-tensioning forces, etc., as applicable. \- Provide technical assessment of fabrication processes either in workshop or on-site (construction site), documented through the respective quality dossier, and submit follow-up reports on fabrication progress. \- Remain on-site to address any questions arising during construction execution. \- Supervise development and implementation of standardized instructions for personnel under supervision to ensure consistent data collection and concise reporting. \- Availability for virtual meetings with the Contract Administrator and/or Construction Management Assistant and other local authorities.
