Embrace a rich professional experience by joining teams of passionate professionals. **Job Description** -------------- * Source, evaluate costs, and monitor outsourced basic services (catering, accommodation, transportation, healthcare, etc.). * Supervise recruitment, selection, hiring, and maintain records of employee benefits. * Ensure accurate calculation and payment of payroll, bonuses, semi-annual CTS settlement certificates, vacation allowances, profit-sharing, fifth-category income tax certificates, and social benefit settlements, as well as related taxes (PLAME). * Ensure timely control of employment contracts and their renewals according to stipulated deadlines. * Guarantee proper functioning of IT services and implementation of equipment (hardware and software). * Lead commercial close-out of the project, managing the invoice database and valuations for the Client. * Prepare, manage, and continuously monitor the fixed assets inventory. * Implement and enforce company policies and standards regarding Safety, Health, Environment, and Anti-Bribery. * Ensure application of due diligence controls in processes under your responsibility and those involving staff. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Required Profile** -------------------- * Graduate in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles and functions within large-scale construction projects. * Knowledge of Labor Regulations applicable to the Civil Construction Regime and the General Regime. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office. * Familiarity with quality, safety, environmental, and anti-bribery standards. * Residency in Trujillo is preferred (non-exclusive).
