Position Summary: We are seeking a university graduate proficient in Contasis to manage accounting records, perform provisions and payments, and administer payroll. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proficiency in Contasis is essential for accounting management. 2. Comprehensive control of purchase and provision records. 3. Payroll and social benefits payment management. Completed university studies. Proficiency in Contasis. Female candidates only. Maintain control over Purchase Records, advances, payroll provisions, AFP payments, and bank reconciliations. Perform provisions and payments for Compensation for Length of Service, Social Benefits, Bonuses, Vacation Pay, Es Salud, EsSalud Vida, Pension Funds, and Employee Insurance, among others. Maintain control over payroll calculations for active and separated employees. Perform provisions and payments for AFPs. Maintain control over Journal Entry Registration in Contasis regarding: personnel journal entries provisioning, analytical general ledger control for personnel. Issue checks at banks; Maintain, update, and archive area-related information; Submit activity reports to the immediate supervisor; Review and enter purchase invoices with purchase orders into the Contasis system for tax filing purposes. Submit purchase, honorarium receipt, and monthly withholding information to the Accounting Manager. Reconcile documents related to check issuance, telebanking, and transfers conducted in banking operations, and prepare vouchers for corresponding registration in the Contasis system; Other duties as assigned.
