




**Job Objective** Provide comprehensive support to General Management, the Administrative Department, and the Commercial Department, ensuring the efficient execution of operational tasks and sales support. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and follow up on activities, meetings, and events across all company departments. * Carry out administrative procedures and payments at banks, notaries, and public institutions. * Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate orders according to requirements. * Develop and track internal and corporate activity schedules. * Support Human Resources in training, employee integration, and documentation. * Request quotes, coordinate minor purchases, and contact suppliers. * Supervise cleanliness, order, and thematic decorations of facilities. * Assist in internal communication and drafting corporate announcements. * Collaborate in organizing events and employee wellness activities. **Requirements** * Graduate with a technical or university degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or operational positions. * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. **Skills** * Organized, creative, and resourceful, with excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, collaborative spirit, and clear results orientation.
