At PROYECTA, a company specialized in project management, supervision, and consultancy for construction projects, we are currently seeking a Progress Supervision Manager to join our team in Trujillo on infrastructure projects. **What We Are Looking For:** * Civil Engineer, registered and licensed. * Minimum five (05\) years of experience, counted from the date of professional registration. * Experience in construction execution and/or supervision in general. * Previous roles such as Progress Supervision Manager, Project Manager, Construction Supervisor, Resident Engineer, Coordinator, or similar positions related to progress management and control. * Experience in schedule monitoring, physical progress control, valuation, and construction project progress management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead supervision of construction progress, ensuring compliance with established schedules. * Supervise and control physical project progress, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Coordinate with the supervision team, contractors, and specialists to ensure achievement of project milestones. * Review and validate progress reports, updated schedules, and technical documentation related to project progress. * Prepare progress monitoring and control reports for project management. **What We Offer:** * Involvement in high-impact infrastructure projects. * Opportunity to join a specialized technical team. * Positive work environment and professional development opportunities. * Formal employment under the General Regime.
