Job Summary: We are seeking an LPG Tanker Controller for the operations department, responsible for supervising transportation units, tracking routes, and managing documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support in route scheduling and tanker maintenance **Servicentro Ramirez is a company currently operating 7 EESS in the northern region of the country; we are now recruiting an LPG TANKER CONTROLLER for the operations department.** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Experience in controlling tanker and tractor transportation units (desirable). · Route management and tracking (desirable). · Proficiency in Excel. · Documentation control and filing. · Preparation of operational reports. · Use of GPS monitoring systems (desirable). · Basic knowledge of transportation regulations (desirable). · Flexible schedule with rotating days off. · Ability to commute (must hold Class AI driver's license). · Basic knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics (engine, brakes, suspension, electrical system). · Knowledge of preventive and corrective tanker maintenance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Assist in daily route scheduling. · Monitor units in service via phone or GPS. · Report operational incidents to the Coordinator. · Manage physical and digital documentation archives for transportation units. · Schedule preventive maintenance according to calendar. · Assist in daily tanker scheduling based on operational requirements. · Coordinate with drivers to ensure route and schedule compliance. · Record and update information in systems (trips, times, incidents). · Report deviations, delays, or incidents to the Coordinator. · Assist in documentation management (waybills, service orders, etc.). · Coordinate basic preventive maintenance and alert on failures. · Generate daily/weekly operational reports. · Maintain communication with other departments. **COMPETENCIES:** · Proactive attitude · Positive disposition · Initiative in tasks · Effective communication · Teamwork · Problem-solving skills **BENEFITS:** · Base salary. · Continuous learning opportunities. · Statutory benefits (General Regime).
