Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting/Finance professional to manage accounting accounts, banking platforms, and perform financial analysis and reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Required Profile: \* Education: Accounting – Finance. \* Experience: Minimum 3 years with hands-on experience in managing accounting accounts and banking platforms. \* Competencies: \- Organized and detail-oriented, courteous and efficient. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. \- Proactivity and multitasking ability. \- Orientation toward serving bank officers and suppliers. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Management of banking platforms. 2\. Opening and closing of cash and bank accounts. 3\. Reviewing and verifying banking and petty cash transaction data to ensure recording accuracy. 4\. Recording income (customers) and expenses (suppliers, employees, and others) from banking transactions. 5\. Managing supplier advance payments and their corresponding applications, as well as scheduled payments. 6\. Monitoring sales transactions (payment methods) and verifying them within the financial system. 7\. Tracking and controlling bank deposit processes. 8\. Analysis of accounting account 10. 9\. Monthly bank reconciliation. 10\. Payment of tax withholdings and related obligations. 11\. Performing finance- and accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.
