**JOB OBJECTIVE** Responsible for data exploration and preparation, analysis, interpretation, and management of the company's commercial and operational information to generate reports, develop statistical Machine Learning models, indicators, and projections that facilitate strategic decision-making. Contributes to improving commercial efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing sales processes and profitability. **FUNCTIONS** * Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal systems (ERP, CRM, Excel, databases, etc.). * Design and maintain control dashboards and management indicators (KPIs) for the sales and operations areas. * Prepare sales reports, profitability by product, region, and customer, identifying trends or deviations. * Develop sales forecasting models, inventory turnover, and consumer behavior analysis. * Support management in strategic decision-making through accurate and timely data analysis. * Automate reporting and analysis processes to reduce time and human errors. * Coordinate with all departments to ensure data integrity and availability. * Present executive reports and performance reports in management meetings. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience. * Advanced level in Excel – MANDATORY. * Intermediate level in Power BI | SQL | Python – Desirable. **SKILLS** * Analytical thinking. * Adaptability. * Teamwork. * Results-oriented. Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** Responsibilities: * Carry out commercial actions and campaigns targeting non-customizable segment clients as well as optional clients at the branch not assigned to any portfolio. * Plan activities using available tools, coordinating with the Branch Manager to achieve product/service/migration targets. * Proactively manage the non-customized and optional client base in terms of service quality and management outcomes, both via phone and in person. * Take advantage of every opportunity at the branch to market products and services, as well as to update and maintain customer data permanently and prioritizing this during each interaction. * Continuously perform cross-selling during client interactions, not limiting efforts to a single product or transaction, but continuing the process of selling complementary products whenever possible. * Provide comprehensive customer service, maintaining a consistent focus on service quality and promoting migration of clients and transactions to alternative channels. * Responsibly manage incident resolution or complaints in terms of service quality and response speed. * Permanently monitor active risk, proactively responding to risk alerts and anticipating potential deterioration in portfolio risk quality. * Continuously manage overdue risk (personal loans, credit cards, overdrafts, etc.) by planning and executing necessary recovery actions. * Evaluate and analyze credit operations and submit them to the appropriate levels for approval. * Inform, pre-qualify, and issue Credit and Debit Cards (within their delegation). Likewise, assign, cancel, or block coordinated cards and debit cards. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree candidate or currently studying Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
