Position Summary: We are seeking a Lawyer to supervise case files, provide legal advice, prepare reports, and manage complex contracts in the mining sector. Key Highlights: 1. Development of legal reports and specialized legal opinions At MINEROS DEL NORTE, a Peruvian mining company, we seek top talent to take on the challenge of a Lawyer role with experience in the mining sector. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise, analyze, and execute comprehensive tracking of legal case files assigned to the department. * Provide strategic legal advisory services to various operational units, ensuring strict compliance with current legislation. * Develop legal reports, specialized legal opinions, and internal regulations to support decision-making. * Design, audit, and administer highly complex civil, commercial, and mining contracts. * Draft notarial letters, strategic agreements, board meeting minutes, addenda, and other corporate legal instruments. REQUIREMENTS: * Licensed Attorney (Mandatory) * Minimum one year of experience performing similar duties, specifically within mining companies (Mandatory) * Knowledge of Mining Law, Civil Property Law, and Environmental Law (Preferred). * Familiarity with administrative procedures and formalities before State entities. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
