Warm and personalized customer service **Join our team!** At **Fioresta**, we seek a **Junior Barista** with skill, curiosity, and love for detail—someone eager to grow within the specialty coffee industry and deliver a memorable experience in every cup. **Who are we looking for?** * Barista training or related coursework (preferred). * Minimum 3 months of experience preparing coffee. * Proficiency in basic coffee preparation techniques and popular beverages. * Strong communication skills and warm, courteous customer interaction. * Proactive attitude, teamwork orientation, and service-minded approach. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Preparing hot and cold coffee-based beverages according to established standards. * Preparing cold beverages such as juices, smoothies, etc. * Cash handling. * Managing inventory and orders. * Providing warm and personalized customer service. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment under the Remype labor regime. * Salary: 900 Soles + 100 Soles mobility allowance. * Semi-full schedule: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (6 hours). * A supportive environment that values your dedication, passion, and eagerness to learn.
