Position Summary: We are seeking a Financial Coordinator to manage and review financial statements, budgets, cash flows, and reports, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages financial statements and budgets. 2. Reports directly to the General Management and Corporate Finance Management. 3. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and integrated management systems. **FINANCIAL COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering, Accounting and Auditing, Economics, or related fields. **(Mandatory)** * MBA or related qualification. * Minimum 5 years of experience in this position. * Minimum 7 years of experience in similar positions. * Course or diploma in IFRS. * Course or diploma in Finance. * Course or diploma in Tax Updates. * Course or diploma in Budget Management. * Course or diploma in Managerial Skills. * Course or diploma in Anti-Bribery Management System. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems. * Knowledge of Risk Matrix, occupational risks, and environmental risks. * Knowledge of Oil & Gas for non-oil professionals. * Knowledge of ISO 37001 / Anti-Bribery Management. * Basic level of English. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * High-level proficiency in AX. * Basic proficiency in Squamet. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. **FUNCTIONS:** * Review financial statements. * Execute budgets. * Review company expenditures and revenues. * Review cash flow. * Review warehouse management. * Submit financial reports to General Management and Corporate Finance Management. * Review financial reports prepared by subordinates. * Comply with regulations, policies, and procedures of Health, Safety, Environment, Anti-Bribery, and Anti-Corruption systems, as well as the Integrated Management System. * Carry out duties assigned by functional supervisor and other company authorities. **BENEFITS:** * **Remuneration**, competitive with market standards. * **Formal employment registration** under the general regime.
