Lazzos operates its own concept stores—MOSSA SHOES and MOSSA KIDS—and is currently seeking a Community Manager. We are looking for talented individuals eager to join our company and become part of our Commercial Team, growing together as we strengthen our brand positioning. If you are dynamic, creative, and enjoy engaging on social media—we’re looking for you! Key Responsibilities: Implement digital marketing strategies (Facebook Pages, websites, e-commerce). Create social media content aligned with the brand’s communication tone. Develop the content calendar. Identify and coordinate with influencers. Prepare social media KPI reports. Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns. Execute digital advertising plans. Requirements: Recent graduates in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Sciences, or Technical Programs in Graphic and Digital Advertising Design. Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and Facebook Ads Manager. Minimum six months of experience as a Community Manager. Experience in the fashion industry is preferred; aesthetic judgment and knowledge of fashion design and composition are desirable. Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, After Effects). CapCut and similar tools are desirable. Specialization in Content Marketing is desirable. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Understanding of social media algorithms and virality (Reels and TikTok). Strong writing and spelling skills. Willingness to work fully on-site.
