




Position Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Assistant to manage order preparation and receipt, as well as inventory control, ensuring product quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring product quality throughout the process On behalf of our client, a global leader in construction and industrial solutions, we are looking to incorporate top talent to fill the following position: Dispatch Assistant \- Trujillo **Requirements** * Completed secondary education and/or technical training * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within industrial companies * Knowledge of inventory control and good storage practices * Forklift operation certificate **Responsibilities** * Prepare orders for internal and external dispatch, verifying physical goods and corresponding system records * Receive goods against purchase orders (POs) and register documentation * Record customer dispatches and pallet returns * Provide physical and logical product information for deviations identified under the ERI indicator * Understand technical parameters and process requirements to ensure product quality * Perform other duties inherent to the scope of work and related to the nature of the position **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract from day one, including all statutory benefits * Family allowance, bonuses, etc. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,100\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
