High-value career path and networking Our client, a leading Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in fiber-optic Internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Network and Telecommunications Engineer providing post-sales support to corporate clients.** What are the main responsibilities? * Managing service warranty to ensure correct implementation, operation, and continuity with corporate clients. * Post-sales customer support and assistance. * SLA and service quality management. * Customer loyalty and development. What are we looking for? * Engineering graduate in Telecommunications, Systems, or Electronics. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of IP and TCP/IP networks, FTTH architectures, OLT and ONT devices, network incident diagnosis and resolution, basic configuration of enterprise routers (Mikrotik preferred), monitoring and ticketing tools, and ability to read and interpret availability and performance metrics. * A leadership-oriented, service-minded, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual.
