Job Summary:
We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor to assess, control, and supervise hazards, risks, and compliance with safety regulations on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision of high-risk work
2. Hazard and risk assessment and control on site
3. Advisory services for incident and accident investigations
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Engineering; licensed and registered with the respective professional association.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Engineer or Safety Supervisor.
* Proven experience supervising high-risk activities, including working at heights, load lifting, oxy-cutting operations, and scaffolding work.
Responsibilities:
* Assess, analyze, and control hazards and risks associated with the site, as well as external hazards and risks that may impact the assigned work front.
* Supervise safety programs and systems for machinery, equipment, tools, facilities, hazardous materials, and other related activities at the assigned work front.
* Supervise compliance with safety standards established by the Consortium and applicable national legislation.
* Advise Consortium production engineers, coordinators, and resident engineers—as well as contractors—on incident and accident investigations.
* Prepare and submit occupational health and safety reports for performed activities.
