Administers insurance policies and labor contributions Alferza Desarrolladora Inmobiliaria, proudly certified by GPTW, is seeking talented professionals like you to join our team in the beautiful city of Arequipa as: PAYROLL ANALYST **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions * Intermediate Excel skills / ERP and BUK system knowledge (desirable) * Knowledge of timekeeping records, payroll processing, subsidies, and labor legislation * Experience in Civil Construction * Availability to work onsite in Arequipa **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel modifications in T\-Registro, ensuring continuous database updates. * Calculate and process payroll for the General Regime and Civil Construction, including bonuses, CTS, and social benefit settlements. * Manage and control timekeeping records, validating information for accurate payroll processing. * Administer insurance policies and labor contributions: Life Insurance (Ley), SCTR, Fifth Category Income Tax (IR), EsSalud, EPS, among others. * Prepare, file, and execute payments for PDT PLAME, AFP Net, and obligations with AFP and ONP. * Manage employee files in both physical and digital formats using the BUK platform. * Monitor and report on personnel management indicators: absenteeism, medical leaves, tardiness, and others. * Prepare social benefit settlements in accordance with current labor regulations. * Prepare, monitor, and renew employment contracts, as well as administer vacations and leaves. * Manage bank account openings for salary disbursement. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by immediate supervisor. **EMPLOYEE BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration. * EPS health insurance. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
