Coordination of contractors and resource management At Alferza Real Estate Developer, we are looking for a **Production Engineer** to join our Field Projects team. The purpose of this position is to ensure construction efficiency and productivity while meeting established deadlines, costs, quality, and safety requirements. **Requirements:** * Licensed Civil Engineer. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multifamily residential buildings. * Knowledge of: Project Management (PMI, Last Planner, BIM). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, MS Project, and Google Workspace. * Competencies: results-oriented mindset, leadership, effective communication, planning, organization, and ability to work under pressure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and update construction schedules. * Supervise on-site physical progress of construction, ensuring quality and safety. * Monitor quantities, productivity rates, ratios, and resources. * Coordinate contractor and supplier execution according to contract terms and schedule. * Manage technical documentation: test reports, protocols, RFIs, non-conformities, As-Built drawings, etc. * Coordinate hiring of civil construction personnel. * Manage material, equipment, and logistical resource requirements. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Health insurance (EPS). * Working hours: Monday to Friday.
