At **CORPORACIÓN FV S.A.C.**, a Peruvian company with over **16 years of experience**, specializing in **metal carpentry, aluminum systems, façades, and glass** projects, we are seeking a **Quality Supervisor** committed to excellence and continuous improvement to join our team in the city of **Trujillo**. Position Objective Supervise and control compliance with quality standards during the installation of aluminum and glass systems, verifying adherence to drawings, technical specifications, procedures, applicable standards, and contractual requirements, in order to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction. RequirementsAcademic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Specialization in Quality Management or Integrated Management Systems is desirable. Experience * Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Quality Supervisor or Inspector in construction projects. * Experience in the installation of windows, partitions, façades, or aluminum and glass carpentry systems. * Experience interpreting architectural drawings, detail drawings, and technical specifications. * Proficiency in using measuring and dimensional control instruments. * Knowledge of **ASTM, AAMA, ANSI, EN** standards and the **National Building Code (RNE)**. Technical Knowledge * Development of inspection and testing protocols. * Management of Non-Conformities (NC), observations, and corrective actions. * Quality inspection and control procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Proficiency in AutoCAD. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and maintain the project’s Quality Dossier up to date. * Supervise quality control activities during installation. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and established procedures. * Inspect materials prior to installation. * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections. * Prepare protocols, records, and inspection reports. * Coordinate inspections with the client and site supervision. * Manage the resolution of observations and non-conformities. * Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, Logistics, and Site Resident departments to ensure proper execution of work. * Control material traceability and quality records. * Supervise compliance with internal procedures and established standards. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Train staff on quality procedures and standards. Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with project quality standards. * Prevent installation of non-conforming products. * Ensure proper management and control of quality documentation. * Report any deviations detected during project execution promptly. * Meet established deadlines for inspections and releases.
