




**Responsibilities:** * Design and program the company's website (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS or frameworks as needed). * Create the structure, navigation, visual design, and functionalities of the website, ensuring it is responsive (optimized for mobile devices, tablets, and PCs). * Implement basic SEO best practices (Google positioning). Present reports with results and improvement proposals. * Create, plan, and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Respond to messages and comments, and manage the online community. * Manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Design graphic materials (posts, banners, ads). Propose and execute promotional campaigns. **Requirements:** * Studies in Web Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields (A university degree is not required if the candidate has strong experience.) * Technical Skills (Web): Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Experience with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Wix, depending on website type). * Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL) and hosting/domains. * Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics. * Experience managing corporate social media accounts. * Ability to create content: text, images, short videos. Proficiency with tools such as: * Meta Business Suite * Adobe or Photoshop * TikTok and Reels Knowledge of digital advertising: * Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) * Google Ads (desirable) Experience: **1–2 years of experience** in either web development, social media management, or both.
