Position Summary: Supports the development of action plans, advertising design, promotional campaign execution, and corporate image maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and execute promotional campaigns across various media. Responsibilities: Participate in developing the Action Plan for your department to support achievement of the company’s strategic objectives. Participate in conceptualizing advertising materials according to the Advertising Plan. Prepare and propose sketches for final artwork development. Plan graphic assets that contribute to customer retention. Develop advertising, designs, presentations, etc., for the company’s internal and external activities. Design press releases (magazines, newspapers) and internal informational publications (newsletters). Develop and execute promotional campaigns for various services through different communication channels (television, radio, print media, social media, others). Maintain the company website and social media platforms updated with photographic content and informational notes. Participate in promoting and commercializing services at the company’s special events. Support the development of internal activities and events that contribute to staff retention and improvement of the company’s work environment. Support optimizing social media profiles used by the commercial department for prospecting. Promote Grupo FG’s internal and external communication channels and consolidate the corporate image. Any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Communication Sciences, Marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications. We Offer: Formal employment under the General Regime. Working hours: Monday to Friday. Positive work environment.
