Job Summary: Provide customer attention and support in using an AI-powered automation platform for WhatsApp, guiding customers in implementation and improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation of explanatory videos for processes and solutions Provide customer attention and support in using our AI-powered automation platform for WhatsApp. Conduct daily meetings with customers to guide them in implementing and improving their automations. Review automation workflows, configurations, and AI agent functionality together with customers. Assist with matters related to payments, renewals, and account management within the platform. Explain platform features and resolve questions regarding platform usage. Create explanatory videos (Loom) to demonstrate processes, solutions, or step-by-step configurations. Follow up with customers to ensure proper utilization of available tools.
