Job Summary: Provide customer support and assistance in using our AI agent-powered automation platform, guiding users and resolving their queries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support on the AI-powered WhatsApp automation platform. 2. Guide customers through implementation and improvement of automations. 3. Create explanatory videos for processes and solutions. Provide customer support and assistance in using our AI agent-powered WhatsApp automation platform. Conduct daily meetings with customers to guide them in implementing and improving their automations. Review automation workflows, configurations, and AI agent functionality with customers. Assist with matters related to payments, renewals, and account management within the platform. Explain platform features and resolve questions regarding its usage. Create explanatory videos (Loom) to demonstrate processes, solutions, or step-by-step configurations. Follow up with customers to ensure proper utilization of available tools.
