**JOBEN SRL**, a company dedicated to civil works execution and earthmoving, is seeking a **Quality Engineer** to join its team. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and professionally licensed in **Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering or related fields**. * Minimum proven experience of **3 to 5 years** as a Quality Engineer in construction projects, civil works or mining. * Knowledge of **quality management systems (ISO 9001)**. * Experience working with mining sector clients (experience with Southern Peru is desirable). * Ability to handle technical documentation and on-site quality control. * Availability to work in Arequipa. **Main responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain and supervise the project’s quality management system. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, contractual specifications and current regulations. * Control and verify the quality of construction processes. * Prepare quality reports, records, procedures and inspection plans. * Coordinate with supervision, clients and internal departments to address observations. * Participate in internal and external quality audits. **We offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Accommodation and meals. * Opportunity to participate in a large-scale mining project.
