Position Summary: A professional responsible for the administration and maintenance of computer systems, technical support to users, and implementation of technological improvements. Implementation of technological improvements **Position: SYSTEMS MANAGER AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST** **Location:** Trujillo Compensation: S/ 1500 per month **Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification**: Technician or university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science and Informatics, Networks and Communications, or related fields. * **Experience**: 2–3 years in technical support and system administration (preferably in transportation, logistics, or retail companies). * **Knowledge:** * Networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN). * Windows/Linux operating systems. * Hardware and software maintenance. * Cybersecurity and backups. * Intermediate-level database management (preferred). * ERP or logistics management systems (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, POS, etc.). * Administer and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company computer systems (shipment control system, billing system, package tracking system, etc.). * Manage the internal network (LAN, WiFi, VPN) and ensure its proper operation. * Monitor cybersecurity: backups, antivirus, information access. * Coordinate with external software, hardware, or internet service providers to ensure service continuity. * Implement technological improvements that optimize company processes. * Train staff on the use of systems and digital tools. * Document technical incidents and solutions for internal control. * Maintain up-to-date inventory of equipment and software licenses. * Support the implementation of new technologies and digital transformation initiatives. **Personal Competencies** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Clear communication with non-technical users. * Organization and prioritization skills. * Teamwork. **Send your CV to:** * rrhh@tunesaexpres.com Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
