Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes. * Experience managing attendance records and personnel administration. * Basic knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level). * Prior experience in industrial or production companies is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Manage documentation for employee hiring and termination. * Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files. * Monitor attendance, tardiness, leave requests, and vacation schedules. * Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics. * Coordinate the delivery and control of HR-related documents. * Provide support for training activities, workplace climate initiatives, and employee well-being programs. * Address employee inquiries regarding HR processes. * Perform other duties assigned by management.
