Position Summary: We are seeking an architect with retail experience to supervise civil works, coordinate with designers, lead meetings, and manage project closeout, ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive supervision of civil works, installations, and finishes. 2. Strategic coordination with designers and contractors. 3. Management of technical and financial project closeout. At SUMAC, we are seeking an architect with experience in retail (shopping centers and stores). Requirements: \- Degree in Architecture \- 2 years of experience in retail projects. Responsibilities: * Supervision of all civil works, installations, and finishes. * Coordination with assigned designers to obtain timely responses to construction queries, in coordination with the BUSINESS UNIT (BU). * Leading and preparing minutes for sector handover, weekly meetings, and final acceptance of works with appropriate advance notice. * Coordinating with each contractor regarding participation, entry date according to the work schedule, and tracking their approvals with the BUSINESS UNIT (BU). * Preparing Observation and Non-Conformance Reports, which must be attached to the weekly report and addressed immediately. * Conducting quality audits and control over all project construction processes. * Managing the technical and financial closeout of work executed by all contractors. * Sending a daily photographic status report of the works via WhatsApp. * Ensuring technical and financial closeout of executed work. * Completing handover forms for Quality Dossiers and Assets to BBVA Facility Management and delivering them upon project completion. * Ensuring that each contractor addresses observations within stipulated timeframes. * Managing the delivery of Quality Dossiers from all construction contractors. * Managing the signing of final acceptance documents by each contractor upon project completion. * Not disclosing, transferring, revealing, or using—either wholly or partially—for personal benefit or that of third parties any information accessed during service provision, nor any other information accessed due to such engagement and related to SUMAC, its representatives, shareholders, clients, employees, or third parties, maintaining absolute confidentiality regarding such information.
