**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * University studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or commercial operations within the retail or distribution sector. * Knowledge of fast-moving consumer goods, especially groceries. * Availability to live in Retamas for long periods (3\-4 months). * Flexibility to perform operational tasks. **HARD SKILLS** * Advanced proficiency in office software tools. * Knowledge of customer service strategies, sales techniques and strategies, visual merchandising, store operations, and commercial indicators (desirable). * Personnel management and strategic planning. * Data analysis and productivity indicators. **SOFT SKILLS** * Leadership and supervisory skills. * Initiative and proactivity. * Emotional intelligence and assertive communication. * Ability to solve problems on the spot. **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Employment contract with a small company. * Accommodation, meals, and round-trip travel provided. * On-site office work with occasional field visits. * One (01\) day off per week. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure compliance with commercial, operational, and logistical processes at the site, guaranteeing order fulfillment according to service commitments and satisfaction of internal and external customers. * Monitor and lead the pre-sales, invoicing, and dispatch processes, coordinating with store, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure efficient and error-free deliveries. * Conduct daily follow-up on sales quotas, achievement of commercial targets, and promotional plans, implementing campaigns, discounts, and special activities with proper authorization. * Control store inventory, coordinate product restocking with logistics, and verify adherence to rotation methods (FEFO), expiration dates, and product condition on shelves. * Verify correct receipt, placement, and display of products in the store, ensuring order, cleanliness, supply, and accurate pricing and promotion signage. * Manage customer service and resolution of incidents with wholesale or delivery clients, including returns, complaints, special orders, and billing coordination. * Monitor and analyze business unit expenses, accounts receivable, remittances, petty cash, and discrepancies in cash closing reconciliations.
