Job Summary: Supervise and control store operations, including sales, inventory, personnel, and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on achieving targets and quality standards REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree and/or Technical Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Knowledge of personnel management and administration techniques, shrinkage and loss control. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Must reside in the city of Trujillo. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Achieve the store's annual sales target. 2\. Supervise and control store inventory. 3\. Perform store opening and closing according to the established schedule. 4\. Monitor daily attendance, report staff tardiness and absences. 5\. Issue memoranda to staff failing to comply with established punctuality standards. 6\. Report store-related incidents and developments. 7\. Supervise the order and cleanliness of products and the assigned store. 8\. Ensure proper product storage in accordance with order and standards. 9\. Carry out and supervise correct implementation or restocking of new products. 10\. Supervise and perform store price changes. 11\. Inform the Operations Department if any returned product exhibits a manufacturing defect, so appropriate action can be taken. 12\. Control documents: invoices, receipts, shipping guides, preventing losses or deterioration. 13\. Evaluate and approve credit notes. 14\. Supervise and verify daily cash register closing. 15\. Supervise compliance with the customer service protocol. 16\. Verify correct use of the Customer Complaint Book, per established procedure. 17\. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that contribute to achieving company objectives. Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Interviews will be conducted in person.
