




Position Summary: We are seeking a computer science student or recent graduate to provide basic technical support to users, assist with equipment installation and configuration, and collaborate on technological projects. Requirements * Students in their final semesters or recent graduates of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of installation and configuration of peripheral devices (printers, keyboards, mice, etc.). * Basic technical support knowledge in hardware and software. * Basic proficiency with Windows operating systems. * Basic knowledge of networks, connectivity, and the internet. * Basic proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, or others). * Desirable interest in learning and growing within the technical support field. Responsibilities * Provide basic technical support to users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Handle first-level technical incidents following established procedures and escalate complex cases to responsible personnel. * Assist with basic installation and configuration of computers and peripheral devices. * Perform initial technical failure diagnostics under supervision. * Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. * Collaborate in the installation, relocation, and distribution of technological equipment. * Record incidents, configurations, and performed support activities. * Assist with basic configuration of printers, access controls, and local networks. * Collaborate in monitoring the proper functioning of the local network. * Assist with basic data backup tasks. * Comply with and support dissemination of information security policies. * Promptly report technological security risks or incidents. * Assist in protecting and ensuring proper use of assigned equipment and access credentials. * Collaborate in IT department technological projects. * Perform other position-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
