This person will work closely with the Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Mine Logistician, Mine Administrator, Administrative Assistant, and various teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct negotiations for purchasing materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely supply across all company departments. * Prepare purchase orders, request quotations, and negotiate optimal conditions regarding quality, price, service, and delivery time. * Verify that purchased products and services meet required technical specifications; manage returns and claims as appropriate. * Maintain strategic supplier relationships to strengthen commercial alliances and ensure efficient supply. * Manage transportation and delivery of materials and equipment to the company’s various business units and projects. * Coordinate calibration and maintenance of equipment, ensuring compliance with established schedules. * Track material returns due to specification non-compliance, damage, or discrepancies with the purchase order. * Collaborate on other duties inherent to the position or assigned by immediate management. * Supervise warehouse order, organization, and proper material identification, promoting adherence to good storage practices. **Requirements** * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in the field. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, supplier negotiation, inventory management, and logistics processes. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel (intermediate/advanced), Microsoft Word, and Outlook**. * Familiarity with **ERP or SAP** and **Power BI** is desirable. * Familiarity with industrial materials, tools, equipment, spare parts, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is desirable. **Benefits** * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment. * Company-provided lunch. * Full payroll registration (100% formalized). **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * TRUJILLO **How to Apply?** Send your updated CV to: **administradortrujillo@sermep.com.pe** Or contact us via WhatsApp: **949 174 468** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
