Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor and control the fleet of units, coordinate operations, and ensure compliance with routes at a mining unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fleet monitoring and control 2. Coordination with operational areas 3. Control and tracking reports Fleet Controller Location: Parcoy Mining Unit, Pataz, La Libertad (CMH) Work Regime: 28 days on / 14 days off Salary: S/ 2300 Transportation: Provided only between Trujillo and the mine, and vice versa Requirements: Graduate or bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions (mining certification required) Knowledge of operation and monitoring of mining equipment (e.g., shotcrete machines, loaders, trucks, etc.) Proficiency in fleet control and recording systems Familiarity with SSOMAC procedures, PETS, and occupational health and safety regulations Workplace inspection techniques and risk control Preparation of daily operational reports and records Coordination and personnel supervision skills Knowledge of internal company regulations and guidelines Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Responsibilities: Monitor and control the fleet of units in operation Record and report daily incidents Coordinate with various operational areas Ensure compliance with established routes and schedules Prepare control and tracking reports Payroll enrollment from the first day Accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) provided. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Graduate Years of Experience Willingness to Travel: Yes
