Accounting Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for recording, analyzing, and reconciling accounting transactions; supporting the preparation of financial reports and closings; and optimizing financial processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recording and analysis of economic and accounting transactions. 2. Account reconciliation and support in accounting closings. 3. Preparation of financial reports and process improvement. 1. Timely record and account for the company's economic transactions by preparing and posting journal entries in the accounting system. 2. Analyze, classify, and verify payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and other supporting documents for accurate accounting recording. 3. Perform reconciliation of accounting and bank accounts, identifying and correcting discrepancies as appropriate. 4. Record revenues, expenses, collections, payments to suppliers, bank movements, and petty cash transactions. 5. Support the preparation and review of accounting ledgers, purchase registers, sales registers, and other financial reports. 6. Maintain the company’s physical and digital accounting documentation in an organized and up-to-date manner. 7. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, verifying due dates and compliance with obligations. 8. Support the preparation of information for tax filings, internal audits, and regulatory authority requirements. 9. Prepare accounting and financial reports for management and related departments. 10. Verify correct accounting classification of transactions according to company policies and regulations. 11. Support monthly and annual accounting closing processes. 12. Review consistency and accuracy of information recorded in the accounting system. 13.
