What will be your main responsibilities? • Project Development: Preparation of architectural drawings (layouts, sections, elevations, and details) from conceptual stage to executive project. • Modeling and Visualization: Creation of high-quality 3D models and renders for executive and commercial presentations. • Documentation Management: Coordination and development of technical documentation required for permits and construction processes. • Coordination: Collaboration with engineering departments (structural, sanitary, electrical) to ensure technical feasibility of the design. • On-site Design Supervision: Periodic site visits to ensure construction faithfully adheres to drawings and established quality standards. Profile Requirements • Education: Degree in Architecture and registered with the professional association. • Experience: Minimum 3 years in project design (residential, commercial, and industrial). • Software (Advanced Level): o AutoCAD and Revit (Mandatory). o Rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, or Twinmotion). o Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign). • Skills: Time management ability, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and clients.
