Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Foreman with experience in civil construction, capable of interpreting blueprints, organizing work crews, and supervising project execution. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in civil construction, especially urban pavement construction 2. Ability to interpret blueprints and supervise project execution 3. Leadership in organizing and assigning work crews ***Requirements:*** * Certified or graduated technician in Civil Construction, Building Construction, Civil Works, or related technical fields * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in civil construction * Candidates with completed secondary education and extensive, verifiable experience as a Construction Foreman may also be considered * Technical training from SENCICO or another recognized institution is preferred * Minimum participation in three urban pavement, road infrastructure, or street improvement projects * Course in Urban Pavement Construction * Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management ***Responsibilities:*** * Read and interpret architectural, structural, pavement, and construction detail drawings. * Understand technical specifications and work procedures. * Establish basic measurements and levels with surveyor support. * Properly organize and assign work crews. * Schedule daily and weekly field activities. * Monitor staff attendance and presence on site. * Verify workers’ daily productivity. * Supervise proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Control subgrade, subbase, and granular base formation and compaction. * Verify thicknesses, elevations, slopes, and alignments. * Supervise formwork, joints, and steel reinforcement placement. * Control concrete pouring, vibration, finishing, and curing. * Supervise construction of sidewalks, ramps, curbs, and gutters. * Coordinate entry and operation of heavy machinery. * Identify poorly executed work and order corrections. * Other duties as assigned. **Working Conditions:** * Project located in Trujillo * Payroll-based employment contract. * **Monthly remuneration: S/4,000** Apply by sending your documented CV, indicating the subject line **"Construction Foreman" to email: seleccionromaac@gmail.com and/or WhatsApp: 928\-545590 (text only)** Salary: Up to S/.4,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
