Operation of laboratory equipment (spectrophotometer, pH meter) Job Description: **Quality Control Analyst for Natural Colorants Manufacturing Plant** **Responsibilities** * Implement and maintain the quality management system, ensuring compliance with policies and customer satisfaction. * Monitor production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and established procedures. * Prepare management reports and statistics for departmental leadership. * Maintain up-to-date and organized plant documentation records. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Microbiology, Biology, or Chemical Engineering. * Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within industrial companies. * Knowledge of laboratory equipment (spectrophotometer, pH\-meter, autoclave, analytical balances) and regulations including DIGESA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, BPM, ISO 45001, HALAL, and KOSHER. * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Availability for rotating shifts (6x1\) and on-site work in Trujillo.
