We are looking for a committed **Front-End Loader Operator**, with solid technical knowledge and a high level of commitment to industrial safety, to join our operations. **What profile are we looking for?** * Valid Front-End Loader Operation Course certificate is mandatory. * Minimum of **06 months** of experience performing similar duties at plant sites or construction/mining projects. * Technical operation of heavy machinery and adherence to industrial safety standards. * Willingness to work rotating shifts (including night shift availability). **Main Responsibilities** * Start up equipment strictly following plant operational and safety procedures. * Perform road and access route maintenance both inside and outside the facility premises. * Carry out material stockpiling, transportation, and screening for export purposes. * Report daily to the supervisor on equipment status and rigorously complete the **Check List**. * Comply with internal occupational health and safety regulations and standards. * Support other tasks assigned by immediate supervisors. **What do we offer?** * Direct employment from day one. * Standard labor regime (bonuses, CTS, vacation, social insurance). * Payment of **Night Shift Bonus** and **Overtime Hours**, compensated in accordance with applicable law. * Safe working environment with high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE). * Opportunity for career growth and job stability.
