At Café Restaurante Rincón de Vallejo, a leading company in the gastronomy sector with a strong track record, we are currently looking for a FULL-TIME professional Bartender. What do you need? Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Bartender. Technical studies in Bar and Mixology (MANDATORY). Proficiency in Peruvian and international mixology and inventory management. Proactivity, punctuality, and excellent teamwork skills. Availability to work rotating shifts. Excellent appearance and communication skills. What will be your responsibilities? Execute daily mise en place, ensuring that the bar, tools, and supplies meet cleanliness and organization standards. Prepare classic cocktails, signature drinks, and beverages in general following the restaurant’s standard recipes. Advise guests on beverage selection, applying upselling techniques while maintaining warm and professional service. Perform daily stock control of liquors, soft drinks, and other supplies, ensuring accurate recording of losses and reordering requests.
