Main Responsibilities: Dispatch and Assembly Support: Assemble dishes according to the assigned station (Snack Bar, Fried Foods, or Traditional & Seafood). Plating and Decoration: Present dishes attractively and aesthetically, following brand standards. Ingredient Portioning: Use exact quantities of ingredients as specified in recipes to ensure flavor consistency. Station Stock Control: Monitor supplies in your area and promptly report reorder needs to the central facility. Order and Cleanliness: Maintain your workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations. Job Requirements (Profile by assigned area): Snack Bar Experience: Experience in preparing sandwiches, juices, and quick appetizers. Fried Foods Experience: Proficiency in cooking time management and efficient dispatch of fried foods. Traditional & Seafood Experience: Support in ordering and serving à la carte seafood and traditional dishes. Work History: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant in any of these areas.
