Job Summary: We are seeking proactive Commercial Advisors to serve as the liaison between drivers and system operations, focusing on lead generation, customer retention, and support. Clear, empathetic communication with a service-oriented attitude We are a leading app-based taxi company and are looking to hire (02) proactive Commercial Advisors with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to act as the liaison with our drivers. What will you do? Serve as the bridge between drivers and system operations. Lead generation, customer retention, and cross-selling. Provide agile and effective support for any app-related issues or other inquiries. Handle driver calls and messages, delivering prompt solutions. Support field activities alongside promoters, affiliates, etc. Candidate Profile We Seek: Clear, empathetic communication with a service-oriented attitude. Proficiency in mobile applications. Quick and effective problem-solving. Minimum experience in customer service or support. Work Schedule: Monday: 9 AM – 6 PM; Saturday: 8 AM – 5 PM Modality: 100% in-person in Trujillo Location: Víctor Larco Herrera What We Offer: Compensation range starting from S/ 1,400 + performance- and goal-based commissions and bonuses.
