Temporary Accounting Assistant

Position Summary: We are seeking a Temporary Accounting Assistant to support the recording of transactions, reconciliations, document control, and tax filings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in recording and validating accounting entries 2. Participation in bank reconciliations and account analysis 3. Collaboration in preparing tax returns and financial reports At PROBA, we are currently looking for a TEMPORARY ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. Responsibilities: Record purchases, sales, expense reimbursements, and accounting entries in the system. Review and validate payment vouchers. Support bank reconciliations and account analysis. Control and archive accounting and tax-related documentation. Track withholding taxes, income tax withholdings, and advance payments. Support preparation of tax returns and financial reports. Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure proper documentary support. Maintain up-to-date records of payments and due dates. Support internal and external audits. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Technical or university degree in Accounting. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Contasis. Experience in construction or real estate companies is desirable.
