Job Summary: A leading agro-industrial company seeks a Blueberry Sorting, Packaging, and Labeling Machine Operator to perform equipment maintenance, calibration, and reporting tasks. Technical support and autonomous equipment maintenance A globally recognized agro-industrial company specializing in the cultivation and processing of premium vegetables, fruits, and super grains—available fresh, canned, dried, and frozen—for both international and domestic markets, holding social, economic, and environmental certifications (HACCP, BRC, GLOBAL G.A.P., BASC, OHSAS 45001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, AWS, FAIR TRADE, OEA, EDGE, SMETA, ORGANIC, IFS FOOD, FSMA, GLUTEN FREE, FAIR TRADE USA), with operations across six departments (La Libertad, Lima, Ancash, Arequipa, Ica, and Lambayeque), is seeking to incorporate the following role into its team: BLUEBERRY SORTING, PACKAGING, AND LABELING MACHINE OPERATOR Requirements: - Technical professional in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Minimum 6 months of experience. - Knowledge of food technology. - Experience in calibration of asparagus sorting machines. - Knowledge of lubrication for sorting components. - Full-time availability. - Gender: Female or Male Responsibilities: - Perform operational checklist for sorting machines prior to start-up. - Execute and verify surface cleaning of sorting machines. - Carry out equipment calibration according to customer specifications. - Adhere to scheduling and input machine parameters for sorting machines per customer requirements. - Validate traceability via software application for raw materials processed on machines. - Disassemble metal guards to ensure proper belt alignment and optimal roller condition. - Report production line stoppages via software application and follow up on corrective actions. - Provide on-line process support during equipment stoppages. - Conduct autonomous equipment maintenance in coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor.
