Job Summary: We are seeking a Tool and Die Technician to ensure optimal performance of molds and dies by performing maintenance, control, and technical support for production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds and dies 2. Manage storage, control, and inventory of molds 3. Carry out technical adjustments and improvements according to requirements **Tool and Die Technician** **Position Profile:** We are seeking a responsible Tool and Die Technician to ensure optimal performance of molds and dies through maintenance execution, proper control, and technical support for production. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds and dies. * Inspect the condition and operability of molds before and after use. * Manage storage, control, and inventory of molds and dies. * Carry out technical adjustments and improvements according to production requirements. * Implement and comply with best practices for maintenance and safety. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical degree in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Plant Maintenance, Tool and Die Making, Manufacturing Mechatronics, Metallurgical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in similar positions. * Experience in the plastics industry is desirable. **Competencies:** * Proactivity and initiative. * Assertive communication. * Adaptability. * Organization and attention to detail. **Working Conditions and Benefits:** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday (day shift). * Lunch coverage. * Formal employment under the General Regime (vacation, bonuses, and CTS). * Life Insurance (Law-mandated) and SCTR Insurance. * EsSalud Health Insurance. * Family allowance (if applicable).
