A company dedicated to the real estate and construction sector. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Accounting Assistant to join our team. 1\. REQUIRED PROFILE * Professional with a degree in Accounting and Finance * Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles within the sector. * Documented work experience and training. 2\. RESPONSIBILITIES * Review and submit electronic accounting books. * Review commercial and cafeteria consumption. * Monthly IGV and Income Tax filings. * Tax-related procedures and filings with SUNAT. * Review monthly payments and submit the electronic payroll declaration (PLAME). * Electronic invoicing. * Review of the company's fixed assets. * Monthly bank reconciliations. * Preparation of monthly cost reports. * Review and provision of monthly documentation (invoices, professional service receipts, credit notes, etc.). * Printing of accounting books. * Various administrative procedures (e.g., validity of powers of attorney and others). * Support in closing the annual sworn tax return and other departmental accounting matters. * Establish and maintain updated accounting procedures and account dynamics applicable to the company’s diverse operations. * Responsible for handling tax, labor, and operational matters related to the department. 3\.
